Alyson Landeros - LMHC, MCAP, CCTP

Looking for a safe space to feel heard, understood, validated all the while gaining insight into yourself? Need help with challenging relationships? Feeling down or depressed? Anxious? Stressed? Empathy, compassion and unconditional positive regard is what you will find when you make the, sometimes difficult, choice to call.

Call or message me today. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to emotional health, happiness and overall life balance.

I am a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), a MCAP (Masters Certified Addiction Professional) and a CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional). I have over 7 years of experience working with individuals, families, couples, children and adolescents in school, agency and private practice settings.

I’ve spent over 8 years working in both public and private school settings as a teacher and guidance counselor while continuing my education to earn a degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. I then spent 2 years as a Family Program Coordinator and Primary Therapist at an inpatient addictions treatment facility. For the past five and a half years I have spent in private practice working with individuals, couples, families and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues.

My passion is to guide individuals, couples, and adolescents, from all walks of life, to achieve emotional health, happiness, and overall life balance. I am holistic in my approach utilizing different therapeutic interventions to best meet the individual needs of each client that I work with. Every client will experience compassion, empathy, active listening and unconditional positive regard with every session.
